Correction to a provider record

The fastest way to fix a record is to tell us which field is wrong and point us at the document that shows the correct figure. Corrections supported by a primary source are published with the date and the change made.

A provider we have not compiled

Tell us the company name and the state it operates in. We compile in batches and prioritize by the volume of searches a name receives, not by who asks.

Research

We share compiled source lists with journalists and researchers on request.
